Responsibilities
- Build and maintain highly available systems
- Spearhead design and management of cloud infrastructure automation solutions
- Implement efficient and scalable containerized solutions
- Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless software delivery
- Optimize development pipelines, champion Infrastructure-as-Code
- Manage services orchestration using Docker Swarm and Kubernetes
Skill Set
- Strong Linux systems administration background
- Strong programming skills, especially with dynamic languages such as Python, Perl or bash shell
- In-depth knowledge of Docker and its application in creating scalable and portable containerized applications
- Experience in creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
- Proven experience in building and managing cloud infrastructure automation solutions
- Proficiency with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef
- Familiarity with Jenkins, AWS CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild
- Strong understanding of Docker Swarm and Kubernetes, encompassing storage orchestration, service discovery, load balancing, and secret configuration management
